  • Group scheduling accommodations are available for families, wellness events, corporate teams, care facilities, and coordinated collection needs. Reduced per-person rates may be available for group appointments of three or more participants scheduled at the same location and time.

  • Please ensure all lab orders, specialty collection kits, identification, completed intake or consent forms, and any required preparation instructions are uploaded prior to your appointment. Patients should follow any fasting or preparation guidance provided by their ordering provider before collection to help ensure accurate specimen processing and a smooth appointment experience.

  • Appointments are designed to feel coordinated, efficient, and not rushed. Collections are performed in the comfort of your home, office, or preferred location using professional mobile collection protocols and supplies. Most appointments are completed within approximately 15–30 minutes depending on specimen requirements.

  • Specimens are handled and coordinated according to laboratory requirements for processing and delivery. The Mobile Collection Co. provides specimen collection services only and does not diagnose, treat, or interpret laboratory results.

  • We coordinate collections for specimens processed through major laboratories including Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, Treasure Valley Lab and select specialty laboratories upon request. These include Vibrant America, Boston Heart Diagnostics, Access Labs, Galleri, Spectracell, Cyrex, Meridian Valley, and more!

  • No. The Mobile Collection Co. provides specimen collection services only and does not diagnose, treat, or interpret laboratory results.

  • Please have all lab orders, specialty collection kits, and identification available prior to your appointment. Patients should also follow any fasting or preparation instructions provided by their ordering provider.

  • Limited priority scheduling may be available for urgent or time sensitive collection needs depending on provider availability, timing, and location. Please contact directly prior to booking for accommodations outside standard scheduling windows.

  • Yes! Coordinated mobile collection services are available for families, corporate wellness initiatives, executive teams, gyms, retreats, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and other group collection needs. Reduced group rates may be available for appointments involving three or more individuals scheduled at the same location and time. Please contact directly to discuss customized scheduling and accommodations.

  • Not at this time, services are self-pay and insurance is not billed directly.
